Sauce with Mushrooms and White Chicken Meat

Sauce
It is necessary:
Sauce



400 g button mushrooms,
400 g of chicken white meat,
300 ml sour cream,
200 ml milk 

Saucea blend of spices of vegetables,
two cubes for soup,
parsley,
2 carrots,
2 tablespoons of cornstarch,
black pepper;
oregano,
two onions.

Preparation:

Chop onion and fry in a little oil.
Add chopped mushrooms.
Cook on low heat and gradually add a little water until mushrooms soften.
Softened mushrooms add cubed white chicken meat.
Cook and continue to gradually add water until the chicken meat is soft.
Add milk.
Stir the cornstarch in a little water and add to the mass.
Add mixed sour cream, cubes of soup, a blend of spices of vegetables, oregano, pepper, parsley, stir and remove from heat.
Serve with mashed potatoes or boiled rice.

Preparation 30 minutes, 2 hours cooking.
