Sweet Homemade Bread
For New Year's homemade sweet bread is required:

6 eggs,
100 g margarine,
200 ml of milk,
1 teaspoon salt
130 g of sugar,
40 g yeast
900 g of flour,
20 g vanilla sugar
3 tablespoons bread crumbs,
1 apple,
100 g raisins,
50 g cranberries,
cinnamon.

New Year homemade sweet bread is prepared in the following manner:

Hand whisk 3 eggs.
Add 80 g sugar, vanilla sugar, melted butter, yeast - previously dissolved in warm milk, salt, flour and knead the dough.
Leave to rise for two hours.
Whisk 2 eggs, add 50 g sugar, grated apple, raisins, cranberries, bread crumbs and cinnamon.
Risen dough formed into a thin rectangle, spread the topping on it, roll in the dough, moving into a round baking dish and join in the round.
Loaf of bread coated with egg.
Cake knife incise the zig-zag line and leave to rise for an hour.
Bake until well browned (about 50 minutes) at 180 C.
After 10 minutes of baking, cover with foil bread without burning.

Preparation:

Combine lukewarm milk, water, oil, salt, vinegar, yeast, add flour, knead and leave for about 1 h.
Whisk the two egg yolks with the butter.
Wrapped RollsCoat the mixture over pre-developed dough and then roll it.
Cut roll into pieces 2 cm thick.
Each piece squeeze in the middle and twist the rolls to form a shape of number 8
Put the wrapped rolls in a baking pan, brush with beaten egg yolks and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake until golden brown (about 30 minutes).

You will need:

300 ml of milk,
200 ml of water,
30 g yeast
5 tablespoons oil,
3 teaspoons of salt,
flour as needed,
100 g of margarine,
1 egg yolk,
1 teaspoon sesame,
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper,
1 teaspoon flaxseed,
½ teaspoon black pepper.

Preparation:

In 100 ml of warm milk dissolve the yeast and leave to swell.
Mix the remaining milk and warm water.
Add salt, oil and grown yeast.
Gradually add flour, knead the dough until becomes smooth.
Leave on warm to stand for 60 minutes.
Divide dough into three parts.
By rolling pin, develop every part of dough, spread margarine mixture, roll each dough and make a braid.
Place in anointed baking dish to stand on a warm for 30 minutes.
Spread egg yolk, sprinkle with red pepper, sesame seeds, flax seeds and black pepper.
Bake until golden brown.

Roll Bread

It is necessary:

1 cup milk,
2 eggs,
1 egg yolk,
1 teaspoon salt,
20 g of yeast,
1 teaspoon sugar,
½ bag of baking powder,
1 cup oil,
2 tablespoons margarine,
flour as needed (about 600 g).

Preparation:
Roll Bread 
In a bowl, mix the yeast with a little milk and a teaspoon of sugar and leave to swell.
Whisk eggs, add oil, salt, baking powder, remaining milk, swelled yeast and flour and knead dough.
Put on warm to swell.
Develop pastry with a rolling pin, to a thickness of two fingers and smear by margarine and roll as a pancake.
Then wrap the pancake in to a spiral.
In greased baking pan put dough wrapped.
Coat by the beaten egg yolk.
Allow to swell, from above sprinkle with sesame and than bake in preheated oven until golden brown.

New Year's Bread





It is necessary:
New Year's Bread 
2 eggs,
1 egg white,
3 egg yolks for coating,
250 ml of milk,
200 ml of water,
1 cube of fresh yeast
New Year's Bread1 sachet baking powder,
250 g of margarine,
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
sesame,
flax seed,
flour as needed (about 1 kg).

Preparation:

Combine 100 ml of lukewarm milk and 100 ml of lukewarm water and stir yeast in it with a teaspoon of sugar, a teaspoon of flour and half a teaspoon of salt.
Cover and leave on warm to swell.
Meanwhile, whisk two eggs and one egg white, add a teaspoon of salt, 150 ml of lukewarm milk and 100 ml of lukewarm water.
Stir and then add the swelled yeast.
Gradually add flour and baking powder.
Knead until the dough begins to break away from the vessel.
Divide dough into five parts, then cover and leave to swell on warm (about 15 minutes).
When swells, roll out each piece of dough using rolling pin to get a round shape the size of the pan in which will be baked.
Whisk butter in foam.
Thinned coat dough with margarine and four rolled parts of dough put one on another.
Stacked dough cut into 16 pieces (like cake).
Top of each piece, bent backwards, towards the edge of the pan.
The remaining, fifth, and coated thin part of dough, roll and then cut into smaller rolls and place in the middle of bread.
Shaped bread coat with 3 beaten egg yolks and sprinkle with sesame and flax seeds.
Furnace until golden brown (30 to 40 minutes).

2 eggs,
100 g of margarine,
150 ml of milk,
½ teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt
20 g of yeast,
about 300 g of flour,
120 g feta cheese,
1 tablespoon mustard,
½ teaspoon of black pepper and
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper.

Prepare this bread in following manner:

In 100 ml of warm milk add sugar and yeast and let it grow.
Meanwhile, whisk margarine, add eggs, salt and grown yeast.
All mix well and add flour.
Allow dough to rest for 15 minutes and then develop it into a rectangle shape.
Spread with mustard, sprinkle with pepper, cayenne pepper and grated cheese.
Again knead the dough, put it in a baking dish and leave for 15 minutes to stand.
Furnace for 25 min.
At the end of cooking the pour over rest of the milk and grated cheese and bake another 5 minutes.

Preparation:

In a suitable bowl pour half the required amount of flour, add swelled yeast, yogurt, egg and salt and mix well.
Gradually add remaining flour and mix until the mass begins to separate from the vessel.
Of dough make 12 balls.
Each ball develop and apply margarine.
Sort on two spuds of the six thin developed balls, one another.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Dough develop by a rolling pin, cut into strips, fill (one to two teaspoons of filling) and roll.
Rolls arranged in a baking pan and allow to stand for two hours.
Coat the egg and bake in oven at 220 ⁰ C until golden brown.

1 leek,
100 g rice
4 tablespoons parsley

pepper,
oil.

sesame seeds.

Preparation:
