Salty roll with spinach



It is necessary:

 
70 g flour
100 g cheese,
100 g ham,
6 eggs,
5 tablespoons of cream,
spinach,
a pinch of salt.

Preparation:

 
Mix the egg yolks with 3 tablespoons of cream.
Add flour, salt and solid foam of egg whites.
Pour into greased pan and bake.
Fried dough coated with grated cheese filling, milled ham and
boiled and stewed spinach and two tablespoons of cream.
Wound into a roll.
