Ham Pie with Sour Milk

500 g of bark,
400 ml of sour milk,
200 ml of yogurt,
100 g grated cheese,
200 ml oil
100 g ham (grated or cut into small pieces)
5 eggs
15 g baking powder,
a pinch of salt.

Prepare this ham pie as follows:

In a bowl combine sour milk, yogurt, oil, baking powder and eggs.
Add salt to taste and whisk.

Separate 8 tablespoons of the prepared filling and leave to one side.
Separate 4 barks and set aside and the remaining barks tear into small pieces. 

Cheese pie with sour milk and hamIn the mixture of sour milk, add chopped barks, grated cheese and ham and stir gently.
Appropriate pan grease with oil and lay two separated pie crusts in it.
Pour over prepared filling then top with the remaining barks.

This is very easy cheese pie recipe.

500 g piecrust,
500 g of cheese,
4 eggs,
100 ml of oil,
200 ml of yogurt,
3 tablespoons flour
1 sachet of baking powder,
200 ml sour cream,
sesame.

Prepare cheese pie as follows:

Whisk the eggs.
Add yogurt, oil, flour and baking powder and mix well.
Grate cheese in big chunks.
Fill each of 6 crusts and on each third crust place cheese.
Twist the peel roll.
Finished rolls left in the freezer until completely frozen.
Frozen rolls cut into slices and arrange in a baking pan.
Whisk eggs with cream and thus coated slices.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 200 C until golden brown.

500 g pie crust,
500 g of cheese,
400 ml sour cream,
1 tablespoon sesame seeds,
2 eggs,
4 tablespoons of oil.

For the topping:

2 eggs,
4 tablespoons wheat groats,
150 ml of milk,
150 ml of oil,
1 baking powder.

Prepare Italian cheese pie as follows:

In a bowl mix the cheese, sour cream, 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons oil and sesame seeds.
For the topping: In a bowl mix together 2 eggs, grits, milk, oil and baking powder.
Crusts put on a work surface and coated with sauce, fold the second crust and re-coat.
In the same way put two more crusts, spread with cheese mixture, fold the ends inward and twist the roll.
Make rolls until all the prepared material is consumed.
Arrange rolls in a greased baking sheet, spread the remaining sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in preheated oven at 220 C until golden brown.

It is necessary:

half a liter of water,
salt as desired,
flour as needed,
200 g butter,
0.5 kg spinach,
4 eggs,
200 ml sour cream.

Prepare as follows:

From half a liter of water, salt and flour (as needed) knead smooth dough.
In the dough put two tablespoons of oil.
Make dough on a board covered in flour.
Divide dough into 22 parts.
From this parts of the dough make balls by hands.
By rolling pin, roll balls of dough in a circles diameter of 15 cm.
In two places sprinkle with flour, work surface.
At these two places sort, one on another, eleven circles of the dough and every smear with melted butter.
Coat pan with butter and let the butter a little hardened.
Stretch one part of dough (eleven lined up "circles" of the dough) the size of the pan and place in baking pan so that the edges dough are glued the edges of the pan.
Wash spinach and finely cut.
Put 4 eggs, a sour cream, salt to taste and 3 tablespoons melted butter in the spinach.
Stir well, turn over the dough in a baking pan and spread evenly over the dough.
Above, put another part of the dough and stick to the edges of the pan.
Coat the dough by melted butter (two tablespoons of melted butter).
Put in preheated oven at 230 C and bake until golden brown on the top and the bottom.
Turn off and leave in oven for another 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve with yogurt.

White Meat Pie



It is necessary:

300 g piecrust,
four onions,
one chicken breast,
mineral water
oil,
pepper,
blend of spices with vegetables,

Preparation:

Clean and grate the four large onions.
Fry onions in oil and add finely chopped chicken breast.
Spice and sprinkle with pepper.
Stack of three crust between greased and sprayed with mineral water.
Create three dough and bake in the oven for half an hour.
Serve with yogurt.
