It is necessary:
100 g butter,
200 g flour
50 g chopped walnuts,
1 tablespoon vinegar,
2 cloves garlic,
2 tablespoons oil
100 g button mushrooms,
200 g sour cream,
250 g trappist.
Butter cut into cubes.
Add flour, nuts, salt, vinegar and cold water (50 to 75 ml).
The resulting dough in foil and put in to develop a circle of diameter 26 cm.
Dough placed in a baking dish (24 cm) that was previously coated with oil.
Peel onions, cut into cubes and stew them in hot oil.
Mushrooms, cleaned, cut into cubes and fry for about 15 minutes in the same dish.
Then spread this mixture over the dough.
Preheat oven to 225 ⁰ C.
Cook two eggs to be fragile.
Mix four eggs, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Add the grated trappist and sprinkle all the mushrooms.
Peel boiled eggs, cut them in half and pressed from above.
Dish bake 30 minutes.
