Chocolate Roll with Coffee

For this chocolate roll with coffee is needed: 


Crust:

200 g of coconut,
250 g of powdered sugar,
300 g ground biscuits,
1 cup of strong black coffee,
1 egg white.

Filling:

250 g of margarine,
100 g of powdered sugar,
1 egg yolk
100 g melted chocolate.
 

Glaze:

50 g of chocolate
4 tablespoons of oil.



Prepared as follows:
 

Crust:

Whisk egg white foam.
Add biscuits, coconut, powdered sugar and a cup of strong black coffee.
All stir by spoon to unite ingredients.
The resulting mixture attenuate by rolling pin so that the prepared film forming a rectangle.

Filling:

In a bowl whisk the butter with the sugar and add the egg yolk.
Stir well and add the melted chocolate.

Spread this filling evenly over the crust and carefully twist roll.
 

Glaze:


Melt 50 g of chocolate with the oil,on steam.

Pour glaze over of rolls and leave to cool.

200 g margarine.

200 g (0.44 pounds) powdered sugar,
2 tablespoons cocoa
4 cups cooked black coffee without sugar.

For the filling:

200 ml milk
1 cup sugar

2 tablespoons sugar
half margarine,
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts,
a little coconut flour.

For the glaze:

100 g (0.22 pounds) chocolate
little water and
little oil.

Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa and 4 cups of cooked coffee (not hot) and knead.

1 egg
200 ml sour cream,
250 g flour
100 g coconut flour
150 ml oil
baking powder.

For the syrup is needed:

 
400 g powdered sugar
1 lemon,
200 ml of water.

Preparation of urmasice:

Add egg, sour cream, flour, coconut flour, oil, baking powder and knead the dough.
Dough form into a cylinder and cut into pieces 1 inch long.
Each piece put on a plane and press.
Sort in greased pan and bake at a temperature of 220 C for 15 minutes.
Pour syrup.
For syrup, boil powdered sugar with water for 10 minutes then add the juice of one lemon.

It is necessary:

150 ml of water
30 g butter,
70 g flour
3 eggs,
half a teaspoon of baking powder.
 

For the filling:
 

a pint of milk,
bag of pudding strawberry or vanilla
50 g sugar,
200 ml sweet cream.

Preparation:

Boil water and butter with a pinch of salt.
Remove from heat and gradually add flour.
Dough stir about one minute (until it separates from the bowl).
In the hot dough add the eggs.
When the dough has cooled, add the baking powder.
By the tablespoon make small shapes, place in baking pan and bake in preheated oven. 

In cooked and cooled pudding add sweet cream.
Baked shapes cut in half and fill them with filling.
Finished ekler sprinkle with powder sugar.
