It is necessary:
For the dough:
6 eggs,
150 g sugar
tablespoons cocoa
half a pack of baking powder.
Filling:
3 tablespoons apricot jam,
3 bananas,
100 g dark chocolate,
300 ml milk
3 tablespoons flour
250 g sugar
250 g margarine,
vanilla sugar.
Preparation:
For dough whisk egg whites with sugar until the mixture
becomes fluffy then add egg yolks, flour, baking powder and cocoa.
Pour dough into greased pan in oven at 180 ⁰ C and bake for
30 minutes.
After baking, until the dough is still warm, coat it with
jam and leave to cool.
Bananas cut and sort through the dough.
For cream, boil milk with flour until it thickens.
Add butter whisked with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar and
mix well all.
Cream applied over bananas, top coat with chocolate icing
and leave to cool.
