French salad

French salad

For Fre
nch Salad is needed:
 
 

800 g potato
 

200 ml mayonnaise
 

mustard,
 

200 ml sour cream,
 

Appetizer with potatoea few pickles,
 

250 g carrots,
 

100 g canned peas,
 

salt,
 

lemon juice,
 

parsley.

 

Refreshing appetizerPrepare French Salad as follows:

 

Boil carrots and potatoes, peel and cut into small cubes.
 

In a large bowl, mix potatoes, carrots and peas and add pickles cut it into slices, sour cream and mayonnaise.
 

If desired, add a little mustard.
 

Salad with sour creamAdd salt, pepper and sour lemon juice.
 

You can decorate a salad of boiled egg rings.
 

Finally sprinkle with chopped parsley.
