Vegetable Stew with Spinach



Vegetable stew with spinach 1It is necessary:

500 g spinach,
350 g rice
two cubes for soup,
blend of spices with vegetables,
onion,
2 eggs,

Preparation:

Fry onion in little oil, add the washed rice and little water.
Cook rice until swell, add spinach and if necessary a little water, bouillon cube and seasoning mix.
Vegetable stew with spinach 4Remove from heat and pour mixture into a greased baking pan.
Bake at 200 ⁰ C in preheated oven until a crust is formed on the surface.
Pour beaten eggs and cream and bake for another 10 minutes.
