Savory roll with walnuts, ham and cheese



For this savory roll with walnuts, ham and cheese is needed:

 

Savory roll with cheeseFor the crust:

 

8 eggs,
 

4 tablespoons of ground walnuts,
 

4 tablespoons of chopped walnuts,
 

2 tablespoons of flour,
 

100 ml of milk,
 

Salty cake with walnuts, ham and chese1 sachet of baking powder,
 

half a teaspoon of salt.

 

For the filling:

 

500 g sour cream,
 

300 g feta cheese,
 

100 g grated smoked ham (or bacon)
 

Savory cake with ham, cheese and walnuts 5 pickles,
 

1 tablespoon mayonnaise,
 

oregano,
 

dill.

 

This roll with walnuts ham and cheese is prepared:

 

Bark:

Whisk the egg whites snow.
Whisk the egg yolks with the milk, add the ground and chopped walnuts, flour and baking powder, salt and combine with the whisked egg whites.

Salty roll with spinach



It is necessary:

 
70 g flour
100 g cheese,
100 g ham,
6 eggs,
5 tablespoons of cream,
spinach,
a pinch of salt.

Preparation:

 
Mix the egg yolks with 3 tablespoons of cream.
Add flour, salt and solid foam of egg whites.
Pour into greased pan and bake.

Rolls of broccoli and ham



It is necessary:

 
For the dough:


20 g butter,
clove garlic,
150 g broccoli
4 eggs,

100 ml yoghurt
150 g ham.

Preparation:
Melt the butter and finely chopped garlic.
Add cooked blended broccoli, spices and beaten egg whites.
Bake crust on baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper at 190 C, 10 to 12 minutes.
Roll the crust with a wet cloth and leave to cool.
For the filling mix cheese, yoghurt and finely chopped leek.
Coat the crust, cover with sheets ham, wrap and keep refrigerated.

For roll with cheese and ajvar is needed:

5 eggs
5 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons sour creams.,
the pinch of baking powder,
salt,
100 ml cream cheese,
200 g ham,
2 gherkins,
100 g cheese,
aivar
400 ml sour cream.
 

Prepare roll wit cheese as follows:

Whisk the egg whites firm, add egg yolks, flour, 3 tablespoons sour cream, salt and baking powder.
Pour mixture into a pan lined with baking paper.
Preheat oven to 220 C and bake crust 10 minutes.
Baked cake layer wrap in wet cloth and leave to cool.
Cooled crust coat with aivar, put over ham, spread cream cheese,
put grated cheese and finely chopped cucumber.
Wound roll and spread sour cream.

Roll of chicken
