Carrot Sauce



It is necessary:

 
250 g carrots,
80 g potato
20 g butter,
2 teaspoons seasoning C
3 to 4 tablespoons lemon juice
100 ml sour cream,
tablespoon chopped parsley.

Preparation:

 
Cleaned carrots and potatoes cut into large cubes and boil in salted water.
Still hot, mash or cut in an electric chopper and return to pan.
Add butter, seasoning C, water and lemon juice.  

Short boil, add sour cream and sprinkle with parsley.
Carrot sauce you can serve with rice and chicken steak.
