Moussaka Bean




Ingredients:

1 kg green beans, 
0.5 liter of milk,
3 eggs,
3 carrots,
3 tablespoons ketchup,
parsley,
blend of spices with vegetables,
oil.

Preparation:

Green beans and carrots cleaned, washed, salted put to fry in oil.
Occasionally pour more water.
When vegetables are soften, add seasoning mixture of vegetables, ketchup and parsley.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Well distributed over the surface vessel and pour eggs beaten with half a liter of milk.
Prepared mass prepared put in the oven and bake until golden brown.

This recipe I have more than fifteen years. It is very easy to prepare and that is why I prepare it nearly every fall. Cooked patty is excellent with cheese, sour cream, yogurt, homemade bread and various kinds of corn bread.Cooked Patty


Ingredients:

2 kg eggplant,
2 kg carrots,
5 kg of red peppers,
20 tablespoons sugar
20 tablespoons of salt,
1 cup strong vinegar,
1 bag preservative,
4 l of water,
750 ml oil.

Preparation:

Wash vegetables, eggplant and carrot peel and remove the handle from peppers.

Pour water into larger pan, add 20 tablespoons of sugar, 20 tablespoons of salt, preservatives strong vinegar.

Allow to boil.

Put into the boiling water and cook the eggplant until soft.

Remove from water and allow to drain.

In the same water cook the peppers until soft.

Remove peppers from water and allow to drain.

Carrots cook in a clean water until well soften.

Cooked vegetables, flour, combine and add oil.

Add salt to taste, and cook until liquid evaporates.

Pour into jars ...

Vegetable Sauce





Ingredients:

1 onion,
400 g button mushrooms,
300 g of chicken white meat,
300 ml sour cream,
200 ml ketchup,
3 carrots,
2 cubes for soup,
1 tablespoon sugar
the mixture of spices, vegetables,
oregano,
parsley,
black pepper,
oil.

Preparation:

In little oil fry finely chopped onion.
Add chopped mushrooms.
When the mushrooms soften slightly, add the diced cut chicken breast, chopped carrots and peas.
Simmer, occasionally adding water until the vegetables and meat is tender.
Add cubes of soup, a mixture of vegetable seasoning, oregano, sugar, pepper, parsley and in the meantime mix the sour cream and ketchup and add to vegetable mixture.
As soon as the boil remove from the stove.

Ingredients:

apricot jam,
100 g chocolate
50 g margarine.

For the crust is required:

350 g flour
170 g margarine,
soda,
80 g sugar,
a little milk,
1 egg.

For the filling is necessary:

2 eggs,
3 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons sugar
200 g margarine,
2.5 dl milk
250 g powdered sugar,
juice of half a lemon.

Preparation:

In a mixing bowl put flour, a little baking soda, margarine, 80 g sugar, 1 egg and a little milk and knead dough.
Dough divide into three parts.
Develop one part with the rolling pin and place on greased baking sheet and bake in oven at 180 ⁰ C.
In the same way do with the other two parts.
In an appropriate dish whisk 2 eggs with three tablespoons of sugar and three tablespoons of flour and cook in boiling milk and leave to cool.
In particular mix 200 g margarine with 250 g of powdered sugar and then mix with cooled filling.
Add lemon juice and stir.
Cake fill in the following way:
Crust, jam, cream, crust, jam, cream, crust, chocolate icing.

Cream Rolls

For the dough is necessary:

200 ml yoghurt
200 ml milk
2 eggs,
30 g fresh yeast
3 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons sugar
1 kg of flour.

For the filling is necessary:

500 ml milk
2 bags of chocolate pudding.

Preparation:

Cook chocolate pudding as directed and placed to cool.
In a small bowl pour the lukewarm milk, sugar, flour and a teaspoon of fresh yeast and mix thoroughly and leave on warm to swell.
In a suitable bowl pour half the required amount of flour, add swelled yeast, yogurt, egg and salt and mix well.
Gradually add remaining flour and mix until the mass begins to separate from the vessel.
Of dough make 12 balls.
Each ball develop and apply margarine.
Sort on two spuds of the six thin developed balls, one another.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Dough develop by a rolling pin, cut into strips, fill (one to two teaspoons of filling) and roll.
Rolls arranged in a baking pan and allow to stand for two hours.
Coat the egg and bake in oven at 220 ⁰ C until golden brown.

Easy Cake with Raspberries


Friends have turned my attention to my blog lacks fruit cakes, and therefore I prepared a few recipes for cakes that have fruit. After the cake with raspberries, I will prepare cakes with blackberries, lemons, bananas, oranges and more.

Ingredients:

14 tablespoons milk
14 tablespoons oil
20 tablespoons flour
20 tablespoons sugar
1 sachet baking powder,
4 eggs,
300 g raspberries
powdered sugar.

Preparation:

In an appropriate dish combine milk, oil, sugar and eggs and whisk by mixer.
Gradually add blend of flour and baking powder and rile by mixer until a homogeneous mass obtained.
In appropriate oiled bowl, sprinkled with flour, pour the prepared mixture of the cake.
Sprinkle mixture with raspberries.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 ⁰ C until golden brown.
Baked cake left to cool and then sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into cubes.
