Unbaked Poppy Seeds Cake with Readymade Crusts and Chocolate Glazing


Poppy seeds cake wth readymade barks



For unbaked poppy seeds cake is need:



1 package of readymade barks

Unbaked cake with poppy seeds 
Chocolate cake with readymade barksUnbaked poppy seeds cake with readymade crusts and biscuits700 ml of milk,

500 g of sugar,

700 g ground poppy seeds,

400 g of biscuits,

2 tablespoons ground walnuts,

250 g of margarine,

40 g of vanilla sugar.


For the chocolate glaze:


200 g of chocolate

20 ml oil

20 g margarine.



Unbaked poppy seeds cake with readymade crusts was prepared as follows:



Boil milk and sugar.

Remove from hotplate.

Add margarine.

Back on the stove and stir occasionally until the butter melts.

Again, off the top, add the ground poppy seeds, ground biscuits and nuts.

Stir well until everything is well combined.

With chilled filling, fill each crust.

Last crust do not fill.

Cover the cake with foil, pressing a heavy object and leave for 24 hours to soften.

For the glaze, melt the chocolate with the margarine and oil while mixing.

Cool the glaze to the density of the overflow and pour cake.

Chocolate Cake with Baked Chocolate Crusts

For this chocolate cake with biscuit crumbs and whipped cream is needed:



12 eggs,

375 g margarine,

600 g dark chocolate,

200 g ground biscuits,

200 g ground nuts,

300g caster sugar,

500 ml cream.


This chocolate cake with baked crusts is prepared in the following manner:


Whisk the butter and 200 g caster sugar.

Add 12 egg yolks and continue to mix.

Add 600 g chocolate melted on steam then 200 g ground biscuits and all mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk 12 egg whites and 100 g of powdered sugar.

Connect the two masses and well mix until obtained a homogeneous mixture.

The obtained custard divided into two parts.

In the first part add 200 g ground walnuts.

From the second part especially  bake 3 crust.

Bake crust in the pan number 32 on wax paper for 7 minutes at 180 C.

In particular, whisk the cream.

Fill: I bark than custard and cream, second crust than custard and cream and III crust and custard and cream.

Spread entire cake with fresh cream and decorate as desired.

600 g unsalted peanuts
300 g margarine,
400 g of sugar,
5 eggs,
200 g chocolate
100 g cream.

For the glaze:

150 g margarine,
200 g chocolate
50 g of oil.

Chocolate Peanut Balls, prepare as follows:

Melt the margarine.
Add egg yolks and sugar, boil and cool.
Previously prepared and chilled mass whisk with other ingredients (chocolate and cream) and add 400 g of peanuts.
Shape bomblets, each roll in rest of the peanuts and, as the thigh, dip each in chocolate glaze.
Prepare chocolate glaze as follows:
Melt the margarine, add the chocolate and oil with constant stirring.

For the crust:

15 egg whites,
150 g chopped walnuts,
150 g ground walnuts,
6 tablespoons ground biscuits.

For the filling I:

13 egg yolks,
13 spoons of sugar,
100 g of chocolate,
250 g of margarine,

For the filling II:

300 g of ground biscuits,
200 ml of juice or milk
200 g of powdered sugar,
200 g of margarine,
2 egg yolks,
30 g cream powder,
100 ground chocolate wafer,
100 g grated chocolate with hazelnuts.

Glaze:

200 g of chocolate,
6 tablespoons milk
6 tablespoons oil.

Prepare this chocolate cake as follows:

Whisk 5 egg whites and 5 tablespoons of sugar.
Add 50 g chopped and 50 g ground walnuts.
Gently stir in two tablespoons of ground biscuits.
Bake in greased pan at 200 C until golden brown.
Make another two sheets in the same way.

Filling I:

Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and cook by steaming, until thickened.
Add 100 g of chocolate and stir until the chocolate is melted.
Allow to cool.
Mix margarine and combine it with the cooled mixture to be obtained fine cream.


Filling II:

Pour milk or juice over ground biscuits and mix with powdered sugar.
Whisk the egg yolks and gradually combine them with ground biscuits.
Whisk butter and cream (only powder) and add to mixture.
Finally stir in ground chocolate wafer and grated chocolate.
Way of filleting the cake:
On the first layer apply the filling I and  filling II, then spread another sheet and pour filling I and filling II and the third crust, and again filling I and filling II.
Well-cool cake.
For glaze, melt chocolate with milk and oil and pour fold.
Decorate as desired.

Intercontinental Chocolate Cake


This is the recipe for chocolate cake from scratch.

For the crust is needed:

20 egg whites,
20 tablespoons of sugar,
40 tablespoons ground walnuts,
4 tablespoons flour,
30 g of baking powder.

20 egg yolks,
25 tablespoons of sugar,
6 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons cornstarch,
20 g of vanilla sugar,
1.2 l of milk,
375 g of margarine,
200 g of powdered sugar,
200 g of ground biscuits,
250 g ground walnuts,
200 g of chocolate,
100 g of raisins.

For the glaze is needed:

100 g of chocolate,
a bit of margarine,
2 tablespoons milk.
Intercontinental Chocolate Cake 
Prepare this chocolate cake as follows:

Whisk 5 egg whites with 5 tablespoons of sugar in the firm snow.
Add 10 tablespoons ground walnuts, a tablespoon of flour, 10 g baking powder and stir gently ladle.
Pour mixture into baking pan coated with baking paper and bake the crust.
In the same way bake three more crusts.
In a bowl whisk the egg yolks 20 to 25 tablespoons of sugar, 6 tablespoons flour, 4 tablespoons of cornstarch and two sachets of vanilla sugar, and cook up in the milk.
Allow cream to cool.
In particular, whisk butter with 200 g of powdered sugar and combine with cooled cream.
Divide filling into 4 parts.
In one part add 200 g of ground biscuits.
In the second part add 250 g ground walnuts.
In the third part add 200 g of melted chocolate.
In the fourth part add 100 g of raisins.
Fill cake in the following order:
Crust, cream with nuts, crust, cream with chocolate, crust, filling with ground biscuits, crust, filling with raisins and icing.
Decorate as desired.

Fairytale Cake

This chocolate wafer cake with three fillings, I made for my husband's birthday. He says that he does not eat sweets, exceptions are cakes and cookies with chocolate. Fairytale cake is suitable, in addition to birthday, for New Year and other holidays and celebrations. The recipe for the cake is below.


Fairytale Chocolate Cake
For Fairytale cake is needed:

Crust:

7 egg whites,
150 g of sugar,
150 g of ground walnuts,
2 tablespoons of flour
1 sachet of baking powder.

For the filling I and filling II is needed:

300 g of sugar,
7 tablespoons of flour
500 ml of milk,
250 g of margarine,
100 g of ground chocolate wafer,
100 g of ground walnuts.

For filling III is required:

100 g of chocolate,
Fairytale Chocolate Cake100 g of powdered sugar,
100 g of ground walnuts,

For the decoration:

100 g of chocolate,
2 chocolate whipped creams,
50 g of chopped walnuts,
50 g of ground walnuts.

Prepare Fairytale cake as follows:

Whisk egg whites in to firm snow and gradually add sugar and rile all the time.
Add flour, ground nuts, baking powder and gradually stir by spoon.
Round mold line with baking paper, pour the prepared mixture into it and bake in preheated oven at 150 ⁰ C until golden brown.

Filling I and filling II:

In appropriate bowl whisk egg yolks, sugar, flour and 100 ml of milk.
The rest of the milk, cook until it boils.
Pour the boiling milk mixture prepared from egg yolks and continue cooking over medium temperature until it thickens.
In cooled filling add softened butter and whisk by mixer.
From the prepared filling extract 4 tablespoons and leave aside.
Remaining filling divided into two parts.
In one half add ground chocolate wafers and mix and in the second half add ground nuts and mix well also.

Filling III:

In a small bowl combine fragmented chocolate and powdered sugar and cook by steaming and stir until the mass becomes compact.
Add ground nuts, four tablespoons of abandoned yellow cue and mix well.
Baked crust coat with wafer filling than apply chocolate filling  (filling III) and coated with a nut filling.
Pour filled cake with chocolate icing the sides coat with wiped cream and sprinkle the chopped and ground nuts.
