Donuts with Chocolate Coating



Donuts with Chocolate CoatingFor this donuts with chocolate coating, is needed:

1.1 pond flour 

Donuts with Chocolate Coating1 cup lukewarm milk
0.11 pounds sugar,
yeast
2 eggs,
0.15 pounds butter,
salt,
vanilla pudding,
oil,
0.22 pounds white chocolate.

Preparation donuts as follows:

Pour flour into a bowl and form a deep indentation in the middle.
Add crumbled yeast and pour 3 tablespoons of warm milk, add a teaspoon of sugar and leave to swell yeast.
Add eggs, remaining milk and sugar, melted butter, salt and mix thoroughly with a mixer.
Sprinkle with a little flour, cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place until dough rises double.
Roll out dough on flour board to a thickness of two fingers.
Remove from the dough rings 5 cm in diameter and leave them in a warm place to grow.
Cook pudding with less milk than the recipe calls for, sprinkle with powdered sugar (so as not to form a crust) and leave to cool.
Donuts fry in hot oil first capped them then turn to the other side and fry without cover.
Ready-made donuts fill with pudding by syringe.
Filled donuts coated with melted chocolate sauce, and when tightened, serve.
