Unbaked cake with ladyfingersFor this Jaffa cake is needed:

For the crust I:

500 g of ground biscuits,
200 g of powdered sugar,
350 g margarine,
300 ml of orange juice.

For the crust II:

300 g Jaffa Cakes,
orange juice.

For the crust III:

200 g of ladyfingers,
orange juice.

For the filling:

1 liter of milk,
150 g of sugar,
3 vanilla puddings,
125 g margarine,
100 g of cream,
10 cream bananas.

In a bowl whisk 350g butter with powdered sugar.

Add ground biscuits and orange juice to be obtained homogeneous.
 
In 1 liter of milk boil 150 g of sugar and 3 vanilla puddings but leave to cool.

Especially whisk 125 g butter and 10 g of cream so unite with chilled pudding.

Cake fill in the following order: crust, filling, Jaffa Cakes soaked in orange juice,
ladyfingers soaked in orange juice, cream, cream bananas, whipped cream.

Coca-Cola Cake

For Coca-Cola cake is needed:

For the crust:

4 eggs,
4 tablespoons of sugar,
4 tablespoons of flour,
1 cup oil,
12 g baking powder,
4 tablespoons cocoa,
400 ml Coca-Cola.

For the filling:

300 g of ground biscuits,
200 g of powdered sugar,
200 g margarine,
200 g minced, unsalted peanuts,
250 ml Coca-Cola,

For the decoration:

2 bags of chocolate cream,
250 ml Coca-Cola.

Preparation:

Good mix 4 eggs 4 tablespoons of sugar.
 
Add oil.

In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking powder and cocoa, add a pre-prepared mixture while mixing well.
 
Pour mixture into greased and sprinkled with flour baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 200 ◦C.
 
Chilled crust impregnated with Coca-Cola.
 
In a bowl whisk butter and powdered sugar.
 
Add ground biscuits and peanut stir so.
 
Add 250 ml of Coca-Cola and fold.
 
Bark coated with the prepared filling.
 
Whisk the cream with 250 ml of Coca-Cola then smear the cake.

Unbaked Poppy Seeds Cake with Readymade Crusts and Chocolate Glazing

For unbaked poppy seeds cake is need:



1 package of readymade barks

500 g of sugar,

700 g ground poppy seeds,

400 g of biscuits,

2 tablespoons ground walnuts,

250 g of margarine,

40 g of vanilla sugar.


For the chocolate glaze:


200 g of chocolate

20 ml oil

20 g margarine.



Unbaked poppy seeds cake with readymade crusts was prepared as follows:



Boil milk and sugar.

Remove from hotplate.

Add margarine.

Back on the stove and stir occasionally until the butter melts.

Again, off the top, add the ground poppy seeds, ground biscuits and nuts.

Stir well until everything is well combined.

With chilled filling, fill each crust.

Last crust do not fill.

Cover the cake with foil, pressing a heavy object and leave for 24 hours to soften.

For the glaze, melt the chocolate with the margarine and oil while mixing.

Cool the glaze to the density of the overflow and pour cake.

1 kg pie crust,
5 eggs
500 g of sugar,
2 cups of yogurt,
2 cups oil
2 bags of baking powder,
1 sachet of vanilla sugar.
100 g of dried cranberries,
300 g ground hazelnuts.


Syrup :


1.4 l of water,
500 g of sugar,
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 lemon.



Baklava with cranberries and hazelnuts prepared as follows:



Mixer , whisk the eggs with the sugar and add the yogurt , oil , baking powder and vanilla sugar.

Baking pan greased with oil and stack crust.

Each crust smear with prepared filling each second sprinkle with minced hazelnuts.

In the middle of filleting , the crust deploy cranberries and hazelnuts little more than the other barks.

The process repeat until all material is consumed.

Baklava before baking cut into triangles or quadrilaterals.

Bake in preheated oven at 200 ◦ C until golden brown.

Boil water with 500 g of sugar.

Grilled hot baklava pour hot syrup.

Chocolate Roll with Coffee

For this chocolate roll with coffee is needed: 


Crust:

200 g of coconut,
250 g of powdered sugar,
300 g ground biscuits,
1 cup of strong black coffee,
1 egg white.

Filling:

250 g of margarine,
100 g of powdered sugar,
1 egg yolk
100 g melted chocolate.
 

Glaze:

50 g of chocolate
4 tablespoons of oil.



Prepared as follows:
 

Crust:

Whisk egg white foam.
Add biscuits, coconut, powdered sugar and a cup of strong black coffee.
All stir by spoon to unite ingredients.
The resulting mixture attenuate by rolling pin so that the prepared film forming a rectangle.

Filling:

In a bowl whisk the butter with the sugar and add the egg yolk.
Stir well and add the melted chocolate.

Spread this filling evenly over the crust and carefully twist roll.
 

Glaze:


Melt 50 g of chocolate with the oil,on steam.

Pour glaze over of rolls and leave to cool.
