Pancakes with chicken meat



It is necessary:


12 pancakes,
200 g of chicken white meat,
120 g mayonnaise
200 ml sour cream,
2 small gherkins,
1 carrot,
a little cayenne pepper,
salt,
pepper,
breadcrumbs,
vegetable seasonings,
2 eggs,
50 g cheese,
flour,
oil.

Preparation:


Pancake mix and fry
Cook chicken and cut into cubes.
Boil peas and carrots and cut into cubes.
Add spices and red pepper.
All this mixed with sour cream, mayonnaise, finely chopped pickles.
Fill each pancakes and roll up ..
Roll in flour, beaten eggs, bread crumbs and fry in hot oil.
Sort of an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 10 minutes at 220 C.
