Beef Sauce


Beff Sauce


It is necessary:

500 g beef,
onion,
300 ml ketchup,
200 ml sour cream,
2 tablespoons sugar
bouillon cube,
blend of spices with vegetables,
oregano,
parsley,
black pepper.

Preparation:

Finely chopped onion fry in a little oil.
Add cubed beef and cook until soft.
Add ketchup, spice mixture of vegetables, oregano, bouillon cube, parsley, black pepper and sugar.
When it boils add the beaten sour cream and remove from heat.
Serve with spaghetti, mashed potatoes, macaroni.
