For
the chicken
with sour cream is needed :
400 g of white chicken
meat ,
5 tablespoons sour cream ,
2 tablespoons bread crumbs ,
the mixture of vegetable
spices,
dill ,
parsley ,
oil
black pepper ,
oregano .
Prepare chicken in cream sauce as follows :
Cut the steak , beat
by pestle , add a little salt
and arrange in
the oiled, fireproof container.
In another bowl, mix sour cream and add the bread
crumbs , finely chopped parsley
and dill , a mixture of vegetable spices , oregano and black pepper .
Spread this mixture
over steaks , cover baking dish and bake until tender ( about
30 minutes) .
For bajadera with chicken white meat is needed :
600 g of chicken white meat ,
mustard ,
200 ml sour cream ,
100 g cheese ,
200 g ham ,
2 eggs ,
salt .
Prepare bajadera as follows :
Cut the steaks and whisk white meat , salt them and sort them in a greased ovenproof dish .
Prepared chicken coat with mustard and sprinkle with finely chopped garlic .
Grate cheese over it .
Sort ham and spread with mustard .
Cut cheese into slices and put over the ham .
Whisk eggs with sour cream and pour over all .
Bake in oven at 200 ⁰ C until golden brown ( about 30 minutes ) .
Allow to cool and cut as Bajadera .
