Homemade Banana Cake with Baked Barks, Rolls and Jam




For homemade banana cake is needed:
 

12 eggs,
250 g margarine,
250 g of powdered sugar,
1 kg of bananas,
1 lemon,
800 ml of milk,
12 tablespoons of sugar,
11 tablespoons flour
20 g of baking powder,
4 tablespoons plum jam,
1 cup (250 ml) cream,
2 vanilla pudding.

Prepare homemade banana cake as follows:
 

Barks:

Whisk 5 eggs with 5 tablespoons of sugar.
Add 5 tablespoons of flour and 10 g of baking powder.
Bake in a round pan (No. 28).
Pre-baking, pan spray with oil and sprinkle with flour.
Another bark prepare as follows:
Whisk 7 eggs with 7 tablespoons sugar.
Add 6 tablespoons of flour and 10 g of baking powder and bake in a square pan.
Pre-baking, pan spray with oil and sprinkle with flour.
Cooled crust coat with plum jam and roll.

Filling:

Cook vanilla pudding in 800 ml of milk and add sugar to taste.
Whisk the butter with the powdered sugar and add to the cooled custard.
Add the sour cream and mix everything well.
Round crust moisten with orange juice

Spread filling over it and sort roll cut into slices (see picture)
Sort the bananas sliced ​​in rings (on every piece of banana squeeze a drop of lemon juice) and rest of filling spread over the whole cake.
Decorate with whipped cream (whipped vanilla cream).
