Vanilla cookies with jam

It is necessary:

50 g starch,
200 g flour
one egg,
75 g sugar,
peel of half a lemon
tablespoon of rum,
150 g butter,
a bit of rose hip jam.

For the glaze:
50 g powdered sugar
a little lemon juice,
warm water.


Stir flour and starch first, then add egg, grated lemon rind, sugar and rum.
Whisk together butter and the flour.
Then well knead the dough and leave in a cool place to stand for about 60 minutes.
Then remove the dough to develop and mold rings and in every other ring in the middle remove the dough.
Put into greased pan and bake about 10 minutes at 220 C.
Full rings grease with jam and on top place the ring with middle removed.
Finally cookies coat with the glaze.
