Roll Baklava
Baklava is a rich, sweet pastry made of layers of filo pastry filled with chopped nuts and sweetened with syrup or honey. It is characteristic of the cuisines of the former Ottoman Empire and much of central and southwest Asia.This is one of many easy recipes for baklava.

It is necessary:

500 g of bark for baklava,
300 g walnuts,
200 g butter,

Preparation:

Each crust divide in half.
In the middle of the resulting crust put a tablespoonful of walnut and fold into a roll.
Thus comply with all the dough layers.
Sort rolled crust in the pan and pour melted butter.
Bake at 180 C until golden brown.
A little chill and put icing.

Icing:

3 cups water
5 cups sugar

Preparation:

In bowl pour 3 cups of water and add 5 cups of sugar and juice of one lemon.
Cook until it boils, chill and pour over baklava.
