Macaroni with sour cream



It is necessary:

 
500 g macaroni,
50 g bread crumbs,
8 tablespoons grated cheese
100 g margarine,
150 ml of tomato juice,
4 eggs,
2 cups sour cream,
salt.


Preparation:

Boil macaroni in salt water, when they finished squeeze, rinse under cold water and let it be a good squeezed.
Ovenproof dish greased with margarine, sprinkle with bread crumbs and pour half the amount of cooked macaroni.
Pour melted margarine, sprinkle with grated cheese and tomato juice.
From the top put the other half of macaroni and pour beaten eggs mixed with sour cream.
Sprinkle grated cheese and bake for about half an hour.
