It is necessary:
For the dough:
20 g butter,
clove garlic,
150 g broccoli
4 eggs,
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 leek,
a little nutmeg,
salt,
pepper.
Filling:
200 g cheese,
100 ml yoghurt
150 g ham.
Preparation:
Melt the butter and finely chopped garlic.
Add cooked blended broccoli, spices and beaten egg whites.
Bake crust on baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper at 190 ⁰ C, 10 to 12 minutes.
Roll the crust with a wet cloth and leave to cool.
For the filling mix cheese, yoghurt and finely chopped leek.
Coat the crust, cover with sheets ham, wrap and keep refrigerated.
