Rolls of broccoli and ham



It is necessary:

 
For the dough:


20 g butter,
clove garlic,
150 g broccoli
4 eggs,
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 leek,
a little nutmeg,
salt,
pepper.
 

Filling:

200 g cheese,
100 ml yoghurt
150 g ham.

Preparation:
Melt the butter and finely chopped garlic.
Add cooked blended broccoli, spices and beaten egg whites.
Bake crust on baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper at 190 C, 10 to 12 minutes.
Roll the crust with a wet cloth and leave to cool.
For the filling mix cheese, yoghurt and finely chopped leek.
Coat the crust, cover with sheets ham, wrap and keep refrigerated.
