Cookies with oat flakes

Easy diet cookies
These crunchy oat flakes cookies are very generous, diet and ideal for children.

The oat flakes does not require much time for baking and have great nutritional value. In these cookies, oat flakes are combined with whole wheat flour, which has higher nutritional value than white flour.

For this wholemeal cookies is needed:
Cookies with oat flakes 
250 g margarine,
2 eggs,
200 g brown sugar (also white),
3 tablespoons milk,
15 g sachet baking powder,
oat flakes as needed (about 150 g),
whole-wheat flour as needed (about 500 g).
 
Prepare
this oat flakes cookies as follows:

Whisk the butter and sugar, add eggs, milk, baking powder, gradually add flour and knead by hands a smooth dough. 
Take a piece of dough, shape it into balls and flatten slightly, putting pressure on a plate than sprinkle with oat flakes.  
Put into order in the pan and bake until golden brown.  
Baked cookies, decorate as desired (sprinkle with cinnamon, grated chocolate, powdered sugar ...).

Pudding Cream Pie Cake

Cream pie
Pudding cream pie cake is juicy, creamy and refreshing summer dessert.  

For cream pie cake is needed:

For the dough (crust):
 

4 eggs,
4 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons milk
4 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 bag of baking powder (10 g)

For the syrup:
 

3 cups sugar
3 cups water.

For filling:
 

1 l milk
2 vanilla puddings
2 whipped cream.

Prepare pudding cream pie cake as follows:
 

Crust:  

Whisk egg whites first.  
Especially whisk egg yolks, then add sugar, milk, oil, flour, baking powder and cocoa (in the egg yolks). 
This mixture add the egg whites whipped firmly and gently whisk mix.  
Furnace crust in greased and sprinkled with flour baking pan (No. 28).
Cooled crust pour with hot syrup (boiled sugar and water).


Filling: 


Cook two puddings as directed and pour over cooled crust.
