Butterfly Cake

For Baterfly cake, you will need:

15 eggs,
38 spoons of sugar,
200 g of powdered sugar,
9 tablespoons ground biscuits,
15 tablespoons ground walnuts,
5 tablespoons of flour,
20 g of baking powder,
250 g of margarine,
3 of vanilla pudding,
1.2 l of milk,
100 g chopped walnuts,
100 g chopped jelly beans,
100 g chopped chocolate bananas,
100 g of raisins,
100 g of chocolate,
2 whipped cream.

Prepare Butterfly cake as follows:

Crust:

In mixing bowl whisk 5 egg whites with 5 tablespoons of sugar.

Add 3 tablespoons ground biscuits, 5 tablespoons ground walnuts and a tablespoon of flour which was previously mixed with baking powder.
Pour mixture into baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven to 200 ⁰ C.
In the same way bake another two sheets.

Filling:

In a bowl whisk 15 egg yolks 15, 15 teaspoons of sugar, add 3 vanilla pudding, two tablespoons flour and cook in milk.
Allow filling to cool.
In particular, whisk butter with 200 g of powdered sugar.
Combine with cooled filling.
Add chopped nuts, jelly candies, chocolate bananas and raisins.
Stir the mixture and divide into two parts.
In one part add the melted chocolate.
Fill cake in the following order: bark than yellow filling than bark than brown filling than bark than mixture of the two fillings.
Decorate with whipped cream.

Biscuit cake with bananas

According to the number of visits, the cakes are among the most popular recipes on my blog. Currently the most popular, is because of the name that resembles the well-known series or for the quality, is the Dynasty cake. For the last few recipes for cakes, I can not say that belong to the category of easy recipes. To do a little change here is an easy biscuit cake recipe. 200 ml of orange juice,
50 g grated chocolate;
2 bananas,

lemon juice,
3 egg yolks.

Prepare biscuit cake as follows:

Whisk the sugar and butter, add 3 egg yolks, stir, add the juice soaked biscuits and mix well.
Add grated chocolate, chopped raisins, chopped nuts and mashed bananas previously sprinkled with lemon juice.
Decorate and shape as desired.
For decoration I used a jelly candies, chocolates, cream cakes and round cookies.
