Chicken Breast with Apples



It is necessary:

300 g of chicken white meat,
200 g apples,
1 slice white bread,
little milk,
onion,
egg,
oil,
breadcrumbs,
salt.

Preparation:

Chicken meat grind, grate the apple, mince onions, soak bread in milk and mash.
Salt meat, mix with apples, filtered bread, onion and egg.
Oiled mold, sprinkle with bread crumbs and put the mass.
Cook at a low temperature for about 1 hour until golden brown.
When the roast, cut into slices and serve.

Extra Chicken



It is necessary:

600 g (1.32 pounds) of chicken white meat,
150 g (0.33 pounds) ham,
200 g (0.44 pounds) of cheese,
2 eggs,
1.5 cups of sour cream,
2 tablespoons mustard
curry,
pepper,
blend of spices with vegetables,
2 tablespoons oil.

Preparation:

Chicken breast meat cut into steaks, rub curry and other spices to taste.
Cheese cut into sheets.
Oil ovenproof dish and put in it spiced chicken.
Smear
with mustard then cover with leaves of ham, spread sour cream (half cup) and cover with sheets of cheese.
Especially whisk the remaining sour cream and eggs and pour over cheese.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 C until golden brown.

Baked chicken



It is necessary:

 
Two white chicken meat,
100 g margarine,
parsley,
2 cloves garlic,
2 tablespoons bread crumbs,
blend of spices with vegetables,
2 tablespoons cream.

Preparation:

 
Separate chicken meat off the bones,
pull through melted margarine, then roll in egg mixture with parsley, onion, bread crumbs, mixture of vegetable spices and sour cream.
Bake 30 minutes at 200 C.
Over meat pour the rest of ingredients.
