Small Pretzels



It is necessary:

250 g flour
160 g butter,
1 egg white,
1 bag of vanilla sugar
80 g sugar.

Preparation:

Knead all the ingredients and leave the dough to rest for a bit.
Develop a crust and remove pretzels by mold.
Stack them in a margarine greased baking sheet.
Baked, roll in sugar mixed with vanilla sugar.

Chocolate Pretzels

Chocolate Pretzels



It is necessary:

Chocolate Pretzels 
120 g flour
100 g margarine,
1 egg yolk
1 vanilla sugar
80 sugar
20 g cocoa
chocolate frosting.

Preparation:

Butter and flour crumble.
Add the other, the above ingredients.
Make smooth dough and let it stand for one hour in a cool place.
Dough to develop the thickness of 1 cm and remove pretzels by mold.
Sort them into the pan and bake for 10 minutes in already heated oven at 220 C.
Pretzels baked and cooled, stir in chocolate icing.

Frosting:

 Put 50 g of chocolate over low heat to dissolve.
Add one teaspoon of butter and one tablespoon of cream.
Combine the ingredients well.
Serve with coffee, tea or hot chocolate.

Sweet Pretzels



It is necessary:

140 g margarine,
210 g flour
70 g sugar,
peel of half a lemon
3 egg yolks,
sugar.

Preparation:
Crumble the butter with the flour.
Add sugar, two egg yolks and lemon peel.
Knead smooth dough.
Develop it to a thickness of 1 cm.
Pretzels take out by mold.
Sort them into the pan and brush the remaining egg yolk.
Coated side sprinkled with sugar and bake for about 20 minutes at 220 C.
