Spread of the Prosciutto

The recipe for this spread is similar to the fills of individual recipes for savory cakes and cookies. Easy to prepare and ready for fifteen minutes. It can be eaten with different kinds of breads and rolls.


Ingredients:

2 cups of sour cream,
a little parsley, 
0.33 pounds prosciutto,
0.44 pounds of cheese.

Preparation:

Plane prosciutto, cheese crumble and add the other ingredients.
All mix well.
Serve cold.

Quick Coating of Pickled Peppers

It is necessary:

4 firm, yellow pickled peppers,
300 g feta cheese
700 ml sour cream,
salt.

Preparation:

Chop peppers into small cubes.
Add grates cheese, mixed sour cream and salt to taste.
All mix.
 
Coat is especially delicious with a quick bread and all kinds of corn bread.
