Chocolate Roll with Coffee

For this chocolate roll with coffee is needed: 


Crust:

200 g of coconut,
250 g of powdered sugar,
300 g ground biscuits,
1 cup of strong black coffee,
1 egg white.

Filling:

250 g of margarine,
100 g of powdered sugar,
1 egg yolk
100 g melted chocolate.
 

Glaze:

50 g of chocolate
4 tablespoons of oil.



Prepared as follows:
 

Crust:

Whisk egg white foam.
Add biscuits, coconut, powdered sugar and a cup of strong black coffee.
All stir by spoon to unite ingredients.
The resulting mixture attenuate by rolling pin so that the prepared film forming a rectangle.

Filling:

In a bowl whisk the butter with the sugar and add the egg yolk.
Stir well and add the melted chocolate.

Spread this filling evenly over the crust and carefully twist roll.
 

Glaze:


Melt 50 g of chocolate with the oil,on steam.

Pour glaze over of rolls and leave to cool.

Coconut Roll

300 g ground biscuits,
150 g of powdered sugar,
2 tablespoons of jam,
1 tablespoon cocoa
few drops of extract.

It is necessary for the filling:

200 g butter,
150 g of powdered sugar,
100 g coconut flour.

Preparation:

Crust:

Of these ingredients knead dough stiffer.
Divide it into two parts and each develop into a rectangle with a thickness of 5 mm.

Filling:

Whisk the butter foam with powdered sugar and add the coconut.
Coat crusts and wrap in rolls.

Fruit Roll

Roll from the picture are cut in pieces and each piece is rolled in ground and chopped walnuts and instead of candied fruit I used the jelly candies.

Recipe for fruit roll is given below ...


Ingredients:

200 g dates,

200 g ground walnuts,

200 g dried figs,

100 g chopped walnuts,

100 g candied fruit,

50 g raisins,

200 g sugar

5 tablespoons sugar powder.

Preparation:

Grind the dates and figs.

Add nuts (ground and chopped), candied fruit and raisins.

From sugar and boiled water from thick syrup, add to mass and knead well.

Shape the rolls, roll in powder sugar and allow to tighten.

Coffee Roll Elephant Ear

Coffee roll creamy filling with nuts and bark of biscuits and coffee, that is Elephant ear. This no bake biscuit cake, with unusual name and a mild coffee flavor will attract coffee lovers and those who are not. My husband, who normally does not drink and does not like coffee, says that this coffee roll is one of the most delicious rolls that he tasted lately.

Fro the crust:

500 g (1.1 pound) ground biscuits,
200 g (0.44 pounds) powdered sugar,
2 tablespoons cocoa
4 cups cooked black coffee without sugar.

For the filling:

200 ml milk
1 cup sugar

2 vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons sugar
half margarine,
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts,
a little coconut flour.

For the glaze:

100 g (0.22 pounds) chocolate
little water and
little oil.

Prepare this coffee roll topped with chocolate as follows:

Place the sugar in the ground biscuits and mix well.
Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa and 4 cups of cooked coffee (not hot) and knead.
The compound, divided into two equal parts and stretch in a rectangular crust.
Pour milk in a cup of sugar and allow to boil.

Choco Coconut roll



For the crust is required:

500 g of crushed biscuits,
200 g coconut flour
250 g powdered sugar
100 g chopped walnuts,
1 margarine,
60 g grated chocolate,
2 tablespoons cocoa
100 ml hot milk.

For the glaze is necessary:

60 g chocolate
1 tablespoon cocoa
5 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons water
a piece of margarine.

Preparation:

Crust: in a deep bowl mix together crushed biscuits, coconut flour, powdered sugar, chopped walnuts, butter, grated chocolate, cocoa and milk.
All good knead, put on board and make a roll.
Frosting: chocolate, cocoa, sugar, water and butter cook until it thickens and pour over rolls.
Put in fridge to set.

Walnut Rolls



It is necessary:

one egg,
150 g ground nuts,
250 g powdered sugar
60 g chocolate
50 g butter.

Preparation:

Cream Roll



It is necessary:

5 eggs
5 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons flour
5 tablespoons milk
5 tablespoons oil
40 grams chopped chocolate
250 g cream.

Preparation:

Whisk eggs with sugar, gradually add flour, oil, milk and chopped chocolate.

Coconut roll


Required materials:

50 g raisins.

Preparation:

Whisk 3 egg whites and add 150 g sugar, 150 g of ground biscuits and 100 g coconut flour.
Stir all together and develop into a crust that is 1 cm thick.

Fil:

Whisk 3 egg yolks, 150 g of powdered sugar, butter, 100 g of melted chocolate and raisins. 

This sauce spread over crust and roll.


Glaze:

Melt 60 g of chocolate, add a spoon of oil and little water.

This glaze to pour over rolls and sprinkle with coconut flour from above.
