For this homemade pancakes you will need:

14 pancakes,
3 eggs,
300 ml sour cream,
1 chicken breast,
a little oil,
4 tablespoons flour,
300 ml of milk,
100 ml of water,
mixture of spices vegetables,
oregano,
Pancakes with béchamel1 teaspoon of mustard,
black pepper.

Prepare homemade pancakes as follows:

Cut chicken into cubes, fry in a little oil, pour the flour, stir and pour more water, milk and cook over medium heat until thickened.
Finally, add a mixture of spices, mustard, oregano and pepper.
Pancakes fill with prepared mixture, roll and arrange in an oiled baking pan.
Whisk eggs, add sour cream and stir gently.
Pour prepared mixture over pancakes and bake in oven until golden brown.

Salt Cake from Buckwheat Pancakes

The recipe for this salty cake with (some would say a pie) I found in a magazine. Because in my family all love all kinds of pancakes, I decided to try it.

On the picture is cake with 17 buckwheat pancakes. Personally, I think it's too much so the next time I'll go with no more than 12 pancakes for the same amount of filling.

When serving, if desired, you can sprinkle over a little sour cream.

Salt Cake from Buckwheat Pancakes


For Buckwheat Pancakes is needed:

3 eggs,
100 ml oil
0.7 l of milk,
Salt Cake from Buckwheat Pancakes300 g wheat flour
150 g buckwheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
0.3 l of water.

For the filling is needed:

Salt Cake from Buckwheat Pancakes4 eggs,
200 ml sour cream,
1 teaspoon salt
200 g of cheese.

Prepare this salty cake as follows:

Whisk the eggs and add salt, oil, milk, water, and both types of flour.
Allow to stand for 30 minutes.
Bake pancakes.
For filling mix together eggs, sour cream and cheese and season with salt to taste.
Fill pancakes and arrange one to another in a refractory pot in which to bake.
When all the material is used up, bake in preheated oven at 200 ⁰ C, about 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

300 g minced meat
3 small grated carrot
1 cup sour cream,
a bit of ketchup,
2 eggs,
1 cube of soup,
oregano,
salt,
pepper,
parsley,
oil,
pancakes.

Preparation:



In oil fry minced meat.
Add carrots, a cube of soup, oregano, ketchup, salt, pepper and mix well.
With the resulting mixture fill fried pancakes and place in greased baking dish.
Whisk cream and eggs, season with salt and pour over pancakes and sprinkle top with parsley.
Bake in oven at 200 C until golden brown.

Pancakes with chicken meat



It is necessary:


12 pancakes,
200 g of chicken white meat,
120 g mayonnaise
200 ml sour cream,
2 small gherkins,
1 carrot,
a little cayenne pepper,
salt,
pepper,
breadcrumbs,
vegetable seasonings,
2 eggs,
50 g cheese,
flour,
oil.

Preparation:


Pancake mix and fry
Cook chicken and cut into cubes.
Boil peas and carrots and cut into cubes.
Add spices and red pepper.
All this mixed with sour cream, mayonnaise, finely chopped pickles.
Fill each pancakes and roll up ..
Roll in flour, beaten eggs, bread crumbs and fry in hot oil.
Sort of an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 10 minutes at 220 C.
