Zucchini Moussaka



It is necessary:

 
1.5 kg zucchini,
onion,
500 g minced beef,
3 eggs,
200 ml sour cream,
spice C,
black pepper,
celery,
oil.

 
Preparation:


Peel zucchini, cut into thin slices and leave to stand for.
On oil, fry chopped onion, add ground meat and cook it all together yet a short time.
Season with seasoned C, black pepper and celery to taste.
In baking dish put a layer of zucchini and half meat.
Whisk eggs with sour cream, add seasoning C, black pepper and half of the obtained mass pour over meat.
Put another layer of zucchini and meat, cover with zucchini and pour the rest of the whisked eggs and sour cream.
Furnace while the top layer of squash become rosy.
