Peanut Salad



Cook and cool the corn.
fry and grind on the big 100 to 150 g of peanuts.
A sour cream and a mayonnaise mixed with corn and peanuts.
Serve cold.
If desired, add chunks of cooked beef and seasonal vegetables.
