Moussaka

It is necessary:

1 kg potato
500 g beef ground meat,
2 grated carrots
a bit of ketchup,
pepper,
3 eggs,
300 ml milk
parsley,
blend of spices and vegetable.

Preparation:

Peel potatoes, wash and leave aside.
Minced meat, fry in a little oil, then add the grated carrots.
To fried meat add spices, ketchup, and chopped parsley.
In greased ovenproof dish, add thin slices of potato and sort through that deploy ground meat and so on until all the material be spent.
Thus prepared moussaka pour beaten eggs and milk.
Bake at 200 C one hour or until potato is cooked or golden brown.
