It is necessary:
400 g roasted peppers,
300 g zucchini,
3 eggs,
250 g sour cream,
100 g cheese,
dill
30 g parmesan cheese,
30 ml oil
salt,
pepper.
Preparation:
Fry in flour and beaten eggs, cleaned and roasted peppers and thick slices of zucchini.
Whisk the filling of sour cream, spices and dill.
In a deep bowl arrange the cake, cool, invert on a plate for serving, spread with filling and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
