Stuffed chicken filletsFor Stuffed chicken fillets you will need:

400 g of white chicken meat,
salt,
pepper,
400 g button mushrooms,
2 eggs,
oil,
100 g ham (prosciutto, smoked meat),
150 g sour cream,
50 g of cheese.

Prepare Stuffed chicken fillets as follows:

White meat cut into steaks and beat.
Chop the mushrooms and fry in a little oil.
When mushrooms soften, add the beaten eggs, salt, pepper and fry like scrambled eggs.
Ham cut into sheets and grate cheese.
In a greased ovenproof dish, arrange fillets, spread over the stuffing of mushrooms, covered with ham leaves, pour over sour cream and let it bake.
A few minutes before the end sprinkle grated cheese and browning all.
