Ingredients:
300 g minced meat
3 small grated carrot
1 cup sour cream,
a bit of ketchup,
2 eggs,
1 cube of soup,
oregano,
salt,
pepper,
parsley,
oil,
pancakes.
Preparation:
In oil fry minced meat.
Add carrots, a cube of soup, oregano, ketchup, salt, pepper and mix well.
With the resulting mixture fill fried pancakes and place in greased baking dish.
Whisk cream and eggs, season with salt and pour over pancakes and sprinkle top with parsley.
Bake in oven at 200 ⁰ C until golden brown.
