For Scalloped Potatoes is needed:
40 g butter,
900 g potato
180 g cheese,
230 ml milk
230 ml sour cream.
Prepare Scalloped Potatoes as follows:
Peel potatoes and cut into slices.
Onion slice into rings.
Coat a large ovenproof dish with butter.
The layers put into this order: slices of potato, onion rings and slices of cheese.
Each layer salt and pepper and sprinkle with minced nutmeg.
Put on the top layer of potatoes.
In a separate bowl mix milk and sour cream and pour over potatoes.
All sprinkled with grated cheese.
Furnace at 200 ⁰ C until the surface gets dark brown.
