12 egg whites,
12 tablespoons powdered sugar
240 g ground peanut
150 g margarine,
150 g chocolate
6 tablespoons flour
3 baking powder.
For the filling is required:
12 egg yolks,
200 g powdered sugar
100 g chocolate
800 ml milk
200 g margarine,
200 g raisins,
2 bags of chocolate pudding,
2 bags of chocolate whipped cream (for decorating)
50-100 g of chopped peanuts.
Preparation of crust:
Whisk four egg whites with four tablespoons of powdered sugar.
Add ground peanut butter then whisked margarine into which was added 50 g of grated chocolate, two tablespoons of flour and baking powder.
Bake in pan coated paper peck at 180 ⁰ C, 25 minutes.
Bake three crust.
Whisk 12 egg yolks with 200 g of powdered sugar.
Cooked by steaming until it thickens.
Add 100 grams softened chocolate.
Cook especially two of chocolate pudding in 800 ml of milk.
When the pudding has cooled, add 200 g whisked margarine and 200g raisins.
Merge with the first filling.
Sprinkle the bark with juice.
From the top garnish with whipped chocolate cream (two chocolate cream) and sprinkled with chopped peanuts.
