Cream Roll



It is necessary:

5 eggs
5 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons flour
5 tablespoons milk
5 tablespoons oil
40 grams chopped chocolate
250 g cream.

Preparation:

Whisk eggs with sugar, gradually add flour, oil, milk and chopped chocolate.
Mass combine and pour into greased pan.
Furnace 20 minutes in preheated oven at 200 C.
Baked crust put on a damp cloth and roll up into a roll.
Set aside to cool, unwrap, coat with cream and roll up again into a roll.
