Salt Cake with Spinach



It is necessary:

half a pack wafers,
0.5 kg feta cheese
0.5 kg of cheese,
400 ml sour cream,
0.5 kg spinach,
1 garlic
tablespoon butter
300 g ham,
100 g of sesame,
salt.

Preparation:

Finely grate the garlic, blanch and drain spinach and fry sesame seeds to pan.
Fry in butter garlic and spinach and season with salt.
Chop spinach into blender.
Whisk feta cheese, sour cream and cheese and season with salt (white filling).
To the third of white filling add spinach (green filling).
Wafers cut in half and fill in the following way:
