It is necessary:

500 g flour
2 eggs,
200 ml of water,
200 ml milk
20 g fresh yeast
50 g sugar,
a pinch of salt.

Preparation:

Soak yeast in a little water and sugar.
In a bowl, knead the dough from flour, eggs, water, milk, salt and sugar and add melted yeast.
Knead the dough to become smooth and leave to stand for one hour.
Develop on board and "remove" donuts.
Leave once more to grow.
Fry in hot oil.
Serve sprinkled with powder sugar.
