Spinach Pie

It is necessary:

half a liter of water,
salt as desired,
flour as needed,
200 g butter,
0.5 kg spinach,
4 eggs,
200 ml sour cream.

Prepare as follows:

From half a liter of water, salt and flour (as needed) knead smooth dough.
In the dough put two tablespoons of oil.
Make dough on a board covered in flour.
Divide dough into 22 parts.
From this parts of the dough make balls by hands.
By rolling pin, roll balls of dough in a circles diameter of 15 cm.
In two places sprinkle with flour, work surface.
At these two places sort, one on another, eleven circles of the dough and every smear with melted butter.
Coat pan with butter and let the butter a little hardened.
Stretch one part of dough (eleven lined up "circles" of the dough) the size of the pan and place in baking pan so that the edges dough are glued the edges of the pan.
Wash spinach and finely cut.
Put 4 eggs, a sour cream, salt to taste and 3 tablespoons melted butter in the spinach.
Stir well, turn over the dough in a baking pan and spread evenly over the dough.
Above, put another part of the dough and stick to the edges of the pan.
Coat the dough by melted butter (two tablespoons of melted butter).
Put in preheated oven at 230 C and bake until golden brown on the top and the bottom.
Turn off and leave in oven for another 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve with yogurt.
