Moussaka with Spinach



 

It is necessary:

1 kg potato
300 g spinach,
200 g grated ham (or ham),
150 g feta cheese
250 ml milk
a little margarine,
spoon bread crumbs,
salt,
pepper,
blend of spices with vegetables,
oil.

Preparation:

Peeled and washed potatoes cut into slices.
Grated ham fry in hot oil and add fresh washed spinach.
When the spinach a little soften, add the grates cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
Ovenproof dish spread with margarine and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
On the bottom sort of potato slices and through them spread with spinach mixture.
From the top again to sort of potato slices and pour milk all.
