250 g margarine,
150 ml oil
2 egg yolks,
2 egg white,
0,25 l milk,
teaspoon of dry yeast,
1 kg flour
Whisk the butter well, then add oil, egg yolks, milk, yeast, cumin, salt and flour.
Knead smooth dough and develop it to the thickness of a finger.
Pretzels take out by mold and arrange them in a pan.
