Baklava is a rich, sweet pastry made of layers of filo pastry filled with chopped nuts and sweetened with syrup or honey. It is characteristic of the cuisines of the former Ottoman Empire and much of central and southwest Asia.This is one of many easy recipes for baklava.


For this chocolate baklava is needed:

500 g of bark for baklava,
200 g walnuts,
200 g dark chocolate,
50 g wheat semolina,
500 g sugar
500 ml of water,
1 lemon,
1 vanilla sugar
250 g margarine.

Prepare chocolate baklava as follows:
 

Chocolate baklava 1Grate chocolate into bigger chunks and mix with ground walnuts then the mixture add a wheat semolina.

By three bark lie to each other, and along one side of the upper above apply mixture of chocolate, nuts and semolina. Rolled baklava put in the pan cut into pieces and pour melted margarine. Bake at 200 C.
In 500 ml of water, add 500 g of sugar and juice of one lemon and cook until it boils than pour over the baked baklava. Baklava at will pour liquid chocolate.
