Rice croquettes with cheese



For rice croquettes with cheese is needed:
Rice croquettes with cheese 
500 g rice,
60 g butter,
1.5 liters of soup with meat (can be instant and cubes),
50 g grated parmesan cheese,
250 g hard fat cheese,
3 eggs,
breadcrumbs,
oil,
salt.

Prepare rice croquettes as follows:

Wash rice, drain, warm the butter, pour soup and cook until it boils and then in a hot oven preheated bake for 20 minutes.
During this time, rice should not be mixed.
Remove it from the oven, add the grated parmesan, and when the mixture has cooled slightly add two whole eggs, stir, add salt if necessary and on the wet mixing board or panel of the table develop to a dough thickness of 1 cm.
Leave a paste of rice to cool completely.
Medium-sized glass or mold to remove the bread circles diameter of 4 cm.
The same is done with slices of cheese half a centimeter thick.
Between the two circles of rice balls put a little cheese and squeeze them.
Roll
circles in remaining beaten egg and then in bread crumbs.
Fry in hot oil about 4 cm deep.
Carefully turn over to the other side not to fall apart.
When baked, remove from broth to dive.
By serving, croquettes keep in warm oven.
Dish is delicious if it serves fresh and hot.
