It is necessary:
150 g corn flour
0.5 l milk
2 egg yolks,
300 g cooked chicken meat
spice C,
salt,
pepper,
100 g cooked carrots,
for the breading: flour, eggs and bread crumbs.
Preparation:
Of semolina and milk boil firm polenta, cooled slightly and add the yolk, finely chopped chicken and carrots.
Add salt, spice spice C and pepper to taste.
From the obtained mixture make croquettes, roll them in flour, whisked egg and breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil on all sides.
