Golden Chicken Nuggets



It is necessary:

1.32 pounds of chicken white meat,
parsley,
2 eggs,
slice of bread,
salt,
pepper,
little milk,
0.11 pounds butter,
0.44 pounds button mushrooms,
onion,
0.44 pounds cheese,
flour,
corn flour.

Preparation:

Cook chicken with parsley.
Cooked meat cool and grind.
The middle of bread slice soak in milk, squeeze and add to grind chicken.
Add egg, butter, salt and pepper and well knead the mass.
Fry mushrooms with onions.
Cheese cut into thin sheets.
Minced meat divided into four parts and shape each piece into a square.

Roll them in flour, then eggs, then in corn flour.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
