Ingredients:
2 pounds potatoes,
3 carrots,
2 pounds chicken thighs,
curry,
0,1 pound cheese,
blend of spices with vegetables,
1 tablespoon mustard
oil.
Preparation:
Peel potatoes, chop in the slightly larger cube.
Peel carrots, cut into slices.
Mix.
Add oil, mix of spices with vegetables, mustard, mix well, cover and leave for half an hour.
Meat clean, wash, spray with oil, sprinkle with a mixture of spices and curry and let it sit for half an hour.
In a baking pan put potatoes and carrots and meat above.
Furnace until potatoes are golden brown.
At the end of cooking add grated cheese and further browning.
