Easy Fruit Cake

It is necessary:

3 eggs,
2 cups oil
5 cups sugar
2 cups yogurt
5 cups flour
1 baking powder,
1 kg apples
1 vanilla sugar
cinnamon,
powdered sugar.

Preparation:

Whisk eggs, sugar, oil, yogurt, flour and baking powder.
Pour half the mixture in a greased pan and bake at 200 ⁰ C.
Clean and grate the apples.
When the half-baked, spread on apples, sprinkle with cinnamon, pour the second half of dough and bake until the golden brown.
Baked cake sprinkled with powdered sugar.
